Try first, decide later

In the Free plan you can explore and configure the app extensively – before spending a cent. Set up your event: guest list, seating plan, schedule, theme and many modules. You only need to upgrade when you want to go live or invite more than 5 guests. So you know what you get before you pay.

Guests and RSVPs in one place

Manage hundreds of guests with all details: meal preferences, allergies, plus-ones, children, roles (e.g. DJ, family, honored guests). Send personalized invitation links via email or share a short event link. Guests sign in with name or phone number and submit their RSVP including all details. Send reminders for pending RSVPs with one click.

Plan schedule and seating

Create your celebration's timeline with times, descriptions and emojis. Your guests see a beautiful timeline. The seating plan is created via drag & drop – guests see their assigned table and tablemates. As admin you see at a glance who sits where and which seats are still free.

Countdown and direct contact

A live countdown to the big day on your event's homepage – builds anticipation. The integrated contact form allows guests to reach you directly without sharing your private phone number.

Don't forget what matters

The built-in planning checklist guides you through every step from guest list to go-live. Start with predefined tasks (invite guests, create seating plan, choose theme) and add your own items. So you always know what's left to do.

Guest info pages you write yourself

Create any info pages for your guests: directions & venue, menu & food, drinks, gift ideas, accommodation and more. Each page is fully editable via rich text editor and accessible through the guest navigation. Only activate the pages you need.

Dress code everyone reads the same way

Maintain dress code guidance centrally in admin and display it clearly in the guest app. Guests understand early whether elegant, casual, or themed attire is expected. This reduces recurring questions and creates a consistent event look.

Multiple venues at a glance

Many events switch locations throughout the day. With multi-location support, you can store location name and address per schedule item. The arrival page automatically aggregates relevant venues and adds map previews with direct links.

Get started faster with matching templates

When you create an event you choose a type (e.g. wedding, kids’ birthday, corporate). That drives sensible default modules, checklist items, and starter content—you save setup time and customize freely afterward. The type is fixed after creation (cloning copies it).

Budget on track—planned vs. actual

In the admin you create categories and line items, enter planned amounts, and log payments (e.g. deposit and balance). Actual costs default to the sum of payments; optionally you can set actual manually while payments stay visible as a log. Quick start adds suggested categories for your event type; export line items or each payment as CSV.

Guest experience

Flexible seating—even during the party

The unique feature: During the celebration, guests switch tables with one click. Ideal for casual rounds after dinner. An authorized guest or the host starts the shuffle – all devices update in real time. Families can optionally stay together. Multiple rounds possible, resettable anytime.

Wishes kept as a digital keepsake

Your guests leave personal messages – you moderate entries before they become visible. At the end, export the entire guestbook as PDF and keep a beautiful memento. No physical book needed, no pen, no queuing.

All photos in one place

Guests upload photos and videos directly into the app – you moderate which become visible. In the admin photo gallery you start a fullscreen slideshow for a projector or TV. In the guest gallery there is a projector mode with the same approved photos – no admin login, ideal for a tablet or browser at the beamer; optional browser fullscreen. This creates a shared event album without WhatsApp groups.

Collect music and game wishes

Guests suggest their favorite songs and game ideas. DJs or authorized guests see all wishes in real time and mark already played tracks. This makes the playlist democratic – and the DJ has everything in view.

Coordinate gifts without duplicates

Create a wish list with gift ideas, links and optional prices. Your guests see the list and sign up – the hosts don't see who's bringing what. This keeps the surprise while preventing duplicate gifts.

Faster check-in at the door

Each guest can open a personal check-in QR code in the guest view. At the entrance desk, admins scan the code with their camera and the guest is immediately marked as present. This speeds up reception and reduces typing mistakes.

Guest page like an app—no store needed

The guest view is a modern web app: on phones, the page can be added to the home screen (no app store). A service worker provides a simple offline fallback so access stays smoother on weak networks.

Give your event its own short link – for example meinfeierplaner.app/event/celebration-2025. Easy to remember, perfect for invitations, WhatsApp or save-the-date cards. Your guests simply type the link and land directly on your event.

Draft messages faster

In the invitation editor, AI can generate subject lines, email copy, and WhatsApp text. Explicit consent is required before first use. The app also verifies that your privacy policy includes an AI notice. This combines better UX with clear privacy governance.

Short updates straight to their phone

Organizers with an active Premium subscription can send push notifications to guests who opted in from messages/broadcasts. Built on VAPID and browser push; privacy notice and consent are provided. Email and in-app banners remain available.

You decide what's visible

You determine which modules are active, who can see what, and whether your event is public or private. Privacy policy and imprint per event for common requirements. Dark & light for guests. Fully bilingual (DE/EN).

Plan together with co-admins

Invite family or friends as co-admins. Everyone gets their own login and can help manage the event – maintain the guest list, moderate the guestbook or approve photos. You keep full control.

You control when guests get access

Set whether the guest site is closed, only reachable with personal links and selected groups, briefly in maintenance, or open to everyone. An optional date automatically moves restricted mode to full access. Open to all guests requires a paid subscription. Custom text on the block page for closed or maintenance states.

Export all event data as a ZIP archive: guest list as CSV, guestbook as PDF, all photos, settings and more. Ideal as backup or for archiving after the celebration. Your data belongs to you.

Customize your event's look with predefined color palettes – or create your own theme. Your guests can switch between dark and light mode. The design is applied consistently throughout the entire event app.

Help decide what ships next

Customers can submit feature ideas in the dashboard and upvote existing wishes. Platform admins review, approve, or reject requests and can set a planned month, quarter, or year when approved. This brings transparency to product planning.

Let customers write reviews in their portal and decide in platform admin which ones are shown publicly. The trust page displays approved reviews including aggregate rating. This builds confidence for new prospects and improves discoverability with structured data.

Connect your own tools

With a separate API subscription you get keys with a monthly allowance for programmatic access and AI workflows (e.g. MCP). You need an active Workspace Basic or Premium plan; the API tier is additional and independent of guest count. Create and rotate keys and check allowance in the dashboard.
