Manage hundreds of guests with all details: meal preferences, allergies, plus-ones, children, roles (e.g. DJ, family, honored guests). Send personalized invitation links via email or share a short event link. Guests sign in with name or phone number and submit their RSVP including all details. Send reminders for pending RSVPs with one click.
Plan schedule and seating
Create your celebration's timeline with times, descriptions and emojis. Your guests see a beautiful timeline. The seating plan is created via drag & drop – guests see their assigned table and tablemates. As admin you see at a glance who sits where and which seats are still free.
Countdown and direct contact
A live countdown to the big day on your event's homepage – builds anticipation. The integrated contact form allows guests to reach you directly without sharing your private phone number.

Guest info pages you write yourself
Create any info pages for your guests: directions & venue, menu & food, drinks, gift ideas, accommodation and more. Each page is fully editable via rich text editor and accessible through the guest navigation. Only activate the pages you need.
Dress code everyone reads the same way
Maintain dress code guidance centrally in admin and display it clearly in the guest app. Guests understand early whether elegant, casual, or themed attire is expected. This reduces recurring questions and creates a consistent event look.
Multiple venues at a glance
Many events switch locations throughout the day. With multi-location support, you can store location name and address per schedule item. The arrival page automatically aggregates relevant venues and adds map previews with direct links.
Get started faster with matching templates
When you create an event you choose a type (e.g. wedding, kids’ birthday, corporate). That drives sensible default modules, checklist items, and starter content—you save setup time and customize freely afterward. The type is fixed after creation (cloning copies it).
Budget on track—planned vs. actual
In the admin you create categories and line items, enter planned amounts, and log payments (e.g. deposit and balance). Actual costs default to the sum of payments; optionally you can set actual manually while payments stay visible as a log. Quick start adds suggested categories for your event type; export line items or each payment as CSV.
