How do subscription and cancellation work?
You can begin on the free tier and upgrade to Basis or Premium when you need more capacity or extras. Payments, receipts, invoice history, and cancellation are handled in one built-in subscriber area—transparent without naming payment plumbing.
Can several people help plan one celebration?
Yes. Invite co-hosts or helpers with the right permissions—a partner, club committee member, or office team—and everyone edits the same guest list and invitation responses instead of juggling separate spreadsheets.
Do I keep my data after the celebration?
Lists, drafts, and guest replies remain available and exportable in your account for as long as you need them. Exact retention periods after a paid subscription ends appear in our privacy statement—download anything important beforehand.
How many guests can I manage?
Free covers up to 15 adult guests (children don't count) — you can put the guest page live. From the 16th adult guest or for invitation e-mails, choose Basis. Premium raises how many celebrations you can run. Exact numbers are on the pricing section.
What separates Free, Basis, and Premium?
Free: one celebration, up to 15 adult guests (children don't count) — guest list, seating with live shuffle, budget, wish list, schedule, menu, dress code, guestbook and live guest page, without invitation emails. Basis pays off from the 16th adult guest or when you want invitations and reminders sent by email. Premium adds up to five celebrations and premium modules (photo gallery, music and game wishes, broadcast messages, bring-a-dish list, QR check-in, place cards PDF, AI invitation help, CSV export, ZIP backup). Can I collect meal choices with guest replies?
Yes. Under invitation and guest settings you activate only the prompts you care about—menu choice, allergies, short notes—and guests never see extras you leave off.
How does the digital seating planner work?
In the organising view you lay tables on a floor, choose a shape and seat guests — drag or tap. Save the floor or the list as PDF or image.
What does “table shuffle” mean?
Shuffle suggests alternative seat swaps so conversational groups refresh—great if cliques cling together on long banquet tables. You approve or tweak placements before locking them in.
Can we style the invitation link and landing screen?
Yes. In celebration settings and shared content you adjust texts, images, and a memorable guest address — so first impression and celebration info look professional together.
What is the smoothest way to invite people?
Maintain or import contacts, craft your invite, then send secure digital invitations—typically by email or by sharing the same protected guest link elsewhere. Each invitee lands on exactly the form you composed.
Does everything work on a phone?
Yes. Organiser and guest experiences stay mobile-first: large tap zones, concise steps, and calm typography. Guests only need an everyday mobile browser.
How do I export the guest list and replies?
Guest management includes exports suitable for spreadsheets, caterers, or printed records so you aren’t recounting replies from fragmented inboxes.
Can my wedding and a company party live in one login?
Yes—create separate celebration spaces under one account so guest pools, timelines, and permissions never bleed together.
What happens to data once I cancel a paid plan?
After a subscription ends our documented deletion and retention rules combine with whichever payment processor holds your billing profile. Export proofs or attendee rows early if auditors or venues may ask later—you always retain export tooling while active.
Do we need a shared photo drop after the party?
Optionally you open a shared gallery — guests upload there or you curate later. Less scatter across messenger groups, and everyone finds photos for that celebration.
What is the digital gifting or potluck assistant for?
Coordinate who brings what (or discreet gift claims) without spoiling surprises. Guests quietly reserve slots and duplicate presents fall away.
Can I gently remind guests who forgot to reply?
When your plan includes courteous email reminders—and you toggle them on—automated journeys nudge invitees toward the reply deadline without you messaging everyone individually.
Where is guest information protected?
Access stays behind sign-in, each celebration is isolated from unrelated projects, and only approved helpers see attendee details. Sensitive card data rides through the contracted payment gateway without persisting PAN details inside the planning app itself—full legal nuances live in policy pages.
Do you offer integrations or automation?
Eligible paid plans expose documented integrations for studios, agencies, or internal IT workflows. Many private hosts stick with the visual interface entirely—integrations are entirely optional sophistication.
Which plan do I need for API access or AI agents?
API access is a separate add-on on top of your area subscription: you need an active Basis or Premium area plan for your celebration and additionally subscribe to API Basis or API Pro on your home page under “API access”. The free tier or an area without Basis/Premium is not enough for new API purchases—your celebration subscription stays separate.
Where do I find API keys, OpenAPI, and guidance for automated clients?
After subscribing, generate your key once on the home page (shown only at creation—rotate if you lose it). Developer and AI-agent orientation lives at /llms and in the raw llms.txt file; the machine-readable spec is at /api/openapi.json and /api/docs. A public MCP endpoint on the production domain is not guaranteed—use only explicitly provisioned access.
What do common API errors like 401, 403, or 429 mean?
401 usually means sign-in or API key is missing, expired, or wrong—check your Bearer token or freshly generated key. 403: no access to this resource or area (plan, role, invitation). 429: quota or rate limit reached—wait or review your API subscription.
